About Us

Cottage Hill Self-Storage opened over fifteen years ago in 1996 with our first building of 24 units. Since then the business has expanded to four buildings with a total of 73 units to help meet the self-storage needs of New Bethlehem and surrounding areas.

We offer clean, dry units in several sizes with 24-hour access.

Leases are flexible to meet the needs of everyone. You can lease for one month or ten years, the choice is yours.

A courtesy 30-day vacation notice is appreciated.
